What We Process

Lightbulb processes account, workspace, project, workflow, and operational data needed to provide the Lightbulb application, including user profile details, company workspace records, project context, approval state, automation activity, support requests, and security logs.

ChatGPT App, OpenAI Connector, And MCP Tool Data

When you connect the Lightbulb ChatGPT app or OpenAI MCP connector, ChatGPT may send your prompt and selected tool arguments to Lightbulb. Lightbulb may return only the data needed to answer the request or continue the workflow.

The returned data categories for the ChatGPT app and MCP connector may include:

Lightbulb does not intentionally return OAuth tokens, passwords, API keys, client secrets, authorization headers, backend trace IDs, workflow instance IDs, tenant IDs, user IDs, raw company UUIDs, pending approval IDs, project IDs, workflow definition IDs, AutoCompany loop or run IDs, event IDs, correlation IDs, idempotency keys, debug logs, or other internal diagnostics in ChatGPT-visible tool responses.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, enforce tenant and company access controls, operate projects and workflows, provide AI-assisted orchestration, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, and satisfy legal or compliance obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers only as needed to run Lightbulb, secure the platform, process authorized integrations, or comply with law. ChatGPT receives Lightbulb tool results only when you have connected the app and invoke or approve the relevant workflow.

Retention And Rights

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and audit needs, and comply with legal obligations. To request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, contact support@lightbulbpartners.com.
